The 2025 OSH Action Month has the theme “Strengthening the assessment, identification of risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure OSH at the workplace”. The action month is held from May 1 to 31, 2025.

Accordingly, before the OSH Action Month (from April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025), the provincial departments, branches, and unions and the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities direct and guide production and business establishments under their management to develop plans to organize activities in response to the OSH Action Month. Production and business establishments in the province develop plans to organize activities in response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health, clearly specifying the time and budget for implementing activities such as: Training and fostering skills in identifying and assessing occupational safety and health risks at the workplace; reviewing, editing and supplementing regulations, procedures, signs, prohibition signs, and equipment to ensure occupational safety and health; purchasing personal protective equipment; measuring and checking the working environment, regular health check-ups, occupational disease detection check-ups, visiting and encouraging victims and their families of occupational accidents and diseases in previous years...

From April 25, 2025, organize hanging banners, billboards, posters, slogans to promote the Month of Action on OSH in production areas, headquarters gates...

During the Month of Action on OSH, provincial departments, branches, unions and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities regularly issue messages and publications to promote the theme and content of the Month of Action on OSH. Provide necessary documents and information to the media to promote OSH communication activities on the mass media and social networks on OSH.

Coordinate and direct the organization of OSH training for employers, officers working on occupational safety and health and workers; guide the development of regulations, safe working procedures, advise on improving working conditions; organize propaganda and training for workers working without labor relations in the province.

Production and business establishments promote information and propaganda activities on occupational safety and health on loudspeaker systems, on bulletin boards, etc.; launch emulation movements to commit to ensuring occupational safety and health and organize workshops, production teams and groups to register for occupational safety and health units, to prevent occupational accidents, production incidents and fires.

After the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health, provincial departments, branches, unions, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities continue to direct and monitor the organization of overcoming shortcomings and shortcomings in occupational safety and health work of production and business establishments under their management.

Continue to strengthen the implementation of measures to control and prevent occupational safety and health risks; Instruct workers to self-assess risks before work and regularly during work; organize health care activities for workers, conduct periodic health check-ups and early detection of occupational diseases for workers; regularly check and improve working conditions, monitor the working environment and take immediate remedial measures when working conditions do not ensure safety for workers.
